# Fees

$OHT operates on a **simple yet effective** transaction tax structure:

* **10% implies on every Buy and Sell transaction**
* **Total Transaction Tax ( Buy |  Sell) :  10%**
  * **5% → BNB Rewards** (Distributed to holders every hour automatically)
  * **5% → Buyback & Burn Fund** (Executed strategically every \~3 days by the team)

**No Additional Taxes:**

* No transfer fees between wallets
* No minimum holding requirement to earn rewards
